I have been having an amazing time because of the snow!
My house is right on a golf course, so everyone in my neighborhood goes sledding on it when it snows. Except I tried to snowboard down it and ended up injuring myself. Make sure to be prepared for the cold!!! Have fun sledding, building snowmen, and enjoying hot cocoa!

The main character of this book, Amari, is living in a very poor area with her mom; her dad left her when she was young. Her brother was always there for her, but now he is gone. They do not know where he is, and the detectives all think he might have gotten the money illegally…
My favorite part of this book is how Amari gets through all the problems and faces everything with courage. Amari stands up for problems that are wrong, which is kind of like Billy in Squirm.
